The Franciscan Congregation of Divine Mercy is a Roman Catholic private association of the faithful in the Diocese of La Crosse, Wisconsin. The Francican Congregation of Divine Mercy consists of consecrated women, clergy, religious of other communities and lay persons of all ages, who strive to live mercy in their daily lives. We are inspired by the requests of the Lord Jesus given in the Diary of Saint Faustina for a congregation, consisting of three aspects, that is to "proclaim the mercy of God to the world and,... obtain it for the world" (Diary, par. 436)

Our apostolates include prayer and sacrifice, spiritual and formational classes, animal partnership therapy, therapy animal visits, spiritual direction, talks, teachings, retreats and other activities which help people to live mercy and reconciliation in their daily lives. There is a particular emphasis on defending children against the spirit of evil.

Everyone can be involved in this community! Catholics and non-catholics, children, lay people, clergy, those aspiring to be sisters, and religious of other congregations.

We offer online and in person classes, talks, retreats, other special events, animal partnership therapy and animal therapy visits, free of charge. Our animal Therapy program includes horses, dogs and cats.
